Christian De Allie, M.D., has joined Marcus Neuroscience Institute, part of Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care, as a pain management physician. He treats patients with chronic spine, joint and nerve pain.

Dr. De Allie’s clinical interests include chronic pain affecting the neck, midback and lower back, as well as other musculoskeletal conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, elbow epicondylitis and arthritis affecting the knees, hips and shoulders.

He offers a range of nonsurgical and minimally invasive treatment options, including medication management, image-guided injections and advanced procedures designed to reduce pain and improve function.

Dr. De Allie earned his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and a Master of Business Administration in healthcare and pharmaceutical management from Columbia Business School.

Dr. De Allie completed an internal medicine internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center, followed by a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as chief academic resident. He then completed his fellowship training in pain medicine through the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida.

Dr. De Allie has conducted research on chronic low-back pain, opioid prescribing practices and stroke rehabilitation. He has also presented research and case reports at numerous national professional meetings and lectured physicians-in-training on pain, rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions.

“My goal is to provide comprehensive care that combines established treatments with appropriate advances in medical technology,” Dr. De Allie said. “I also value close collaboration with other specialists, so each patient receives coordinated care based on their individual needs.”

Dr. De Allie is fluent in English and Spanish. He will see patients at 800 Meadows Road, Boca Raton, Florida, and 2623 South Seacrest Blvd., Suite 114, Boynton Beach, Florida.
