Atrial fibrillation	-Symptomatic -AV block, AF pauses -Intolerant of needed medical therapy (beta-blockers, calcium blockers) or sinus bradycardia at baseline -Poor candidate for anticoagulation	Ablation? Direct current cardioversion? Left atrial appendage closure?
Supraventricular tachycardia	-WPW -Atrial flutter -AVNRT -Palpitations	Ablation?
