And then it was up to me to recruit the highest quality individuals to lead neuro surgery, neurology, and physiatry. And I think we've done that. The US News and World Report rankings are based on objective data that recognizes commitment to excellence programs that are data driven in terms of patient care and sub specialization within different divisions such as neurosurgery Neurology and physiatry. Being ranked in the top 40 recognizes the commitment that the health care system is made to the care of patients with neurological problems, disorders of the brain spine and peripheral nervous system. And I think to date the growth in clinical care across the entire spectrum of clinical Neurosciences has demonstrated that we've achieved what we set out to and we have plans for bigger and better things in the future. The US News and World Report rankings validates our effort in the past three years to create a robust multidisciplinary and sub specialized group of physicians who can provide the best clinical care for patient.
